BOTZ Unidekor for the 1000°–1250°C firing range.

The newly developed, ready-to-use universal decorative colours are easy to use, can be diluted with water and can be mixed with each other – non-labelled.

24 brush-on colours are available in 30ml and 200ml jars for nearly every ceramic decorating technique:

  • Apply a thin coat of underglazing colour to the biscuit-fired clay, let dry thoroughly, glaze with Transparent, fire according to the glaze.
  • Overglazing colour for decoration of already fired white glaze (e.g. tiles), firing in glost-fire at approx. 1050°C. Glaze porcelain again with Transparent.
  • Majolika colour into the unfired white-covering glaze, e.g. Botz 9101.
  • Stenciling with BOTZ Unidekor: choose a thin stencil and stipple the colour into the gaps twice or three times. Lift the stencil off after the colour has dried and glaze the decorations carefully with a soft brush using transparent glaze (see picture on the top).

Stir the glaze thoroughly and apply with a brush (e.g. BOTZ 9005) or a spray gun. BOTZ Unidekor sprayed onto porcelain, fired with Transparent 9106 at 1080°C, results in a wonderfully smooth dishwasher-resistant surface.

Experiment with BOTZ Unidekor! They adapt to every firing temperature and every glaze and make your ideas glow.
